Framing, carpeting, wall, isolate the new room light with its own switch, new power outlet, taping, sanding, baseboards, customized door size and handle & finally, 1 coats of primer & 2 coats of painting.
Due to leaking behind the wall, we replaced the laminate with anti-moisture drywall(bottom one), also replaced some rotten insulate with R14.
We added backboard as support for the new drywall. it is also an option for small shelf base when needed.
